By adding Playlist Buddy to your Discord server or using its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the bot from your server.
Playlist Buddy is a Discord bot that creates and manages a Spotify playlist for your server. Members can suggest songs, vote on suggestions, and the bot updates the playlist based on community votes.
Playlist Buddy uses its own Spotify account to create and manage playlists. Users do not connect personal Spotify accounts to the bot. The playlist created by Playlist Buddy can be saved and accessed directly through Spotify.
You are responsible for the use of Playlist Buddy on your server. This includes configuring the bot appropriately and ensuring that members do not abuse its features. We reserve the right to suspend access for servers that violate these terms.
We strive to keep Playlist Buddy available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
Playlist Buddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the bot, including but not limited to loss of data or disruption of service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Playlist Buddy after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
